Price the Next 90 Days, Not the Hour
Autumn package architecture: one outcome, a date, a price. Not another raise-script.

Pricing already did the outcome math and the raise script. This is the package: 90 days, one outcome, a close date. Hours-for-sale is how September fills with leftovers.
The Package Bones
- Outcome — one Wednesday-at-8 behavior, scored.
- Span — 90 days or it isn’t a container.
- Touch — session count you can actually hold.
- Price — one number. Not three tiers on a discovery call. Use the diagnosis layer, then offer this.
Renewal later is a next outcome, not a discount for staying. If the hour went sideways, re-contract — don’t add sessions to soothe.
How to Say It
“Ninety days, [outcome], [N] sessions, [price]. We score it at day 45 and day 90. Yes or not this season.”
Where Coaches Break
- Selling 12 leftover hours and calling it a package.
- Adding a bonus module because they hesitated.
The 3-Minute Action
Write one 90-day offer for the next person who says yes. Outcome, N, price. Delete the hour-rate from the page.
