The 48-Hour Text
“Tue 2pm. One tap to keep or move: [link]. Bring [last experiment]. See you.”
That’s it. The Calendly link does the move. The comms policy says SMS is for logistics, not coaching. If a group overtalker also no-shows, still send this. Personality is not the reminder.
How to Install It
One automation, 48 hours out, same skeleton. Name the experiment if you have it. If you don’t, you skipped last session’s close.
Where Coaches Break
- Restating the fee in every text. That’s a threat, not a reminder.
- Sending it two hours prior. They’ve already double-booked.

Write the three-line text. Put it in the 48-hour reminder. Delete the paragraph about the fee.
